“We hereby inform you that the whole team of Talladium España is fully operational to give immediate response to the needs of our customers.

A reorganization has been implemented in all company processes in order to guarantee the full security of all our employees against the threat of Covid19 while maintaining our level of service to all our customers, by implementing the following measures:

  1. a) Teleworking application to all employees who can perform their usual tasks remotely.
  2. b) Redirection of the Call Centre, commercial and after-sales service, so that our employees can attend to their calls from their homes.

Customer service: from 9am to 6pm
Orders: from 9am to 1:30pm

  1.          c) Decrease the work density in our supply and manufacturing chain to ensure the protection of our employees, guaranteeing the supply of our products at all times, increasing work shifts.
  2. d) Ensure the supply of raw materials for our production centres.
  3. e) Ensure the availability of the transport service by extending the range of logistics suppliers.

 

Talladium España continues with all its capacity of supply and assistance adapting immediately to the challenges of the current situation.

As always, we are at your disposal within the usual hours, from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.

Given the exceptional nature of this situation, we will keep you informed of any changes that may affect our service”.
